Out of hours information

Dentaline provides emergency treatment for patients who develop severe dental problems when dental surgeries are closed – NHS charges apply unless you are exempt. You can contact them to make an appointment from 6 pm every evening and weekends and Bank holidays from 8.30 am-1.30 pm and 6 pm -11 pm. The contact number for Dentaline is 01634 890300.

If you have special needs even if it does not affect your mobility but does pose challenges to you please let our staff know so we can help to make your visit comfortable, trouble-free and to ensure the same support is available in the future.

Wheelchair access

​

The practice has full access for the disabled with all the facilities being on the ground floor, there is level access from the street. Customer toilet is fully accessible to wheelchair users and others with impaired mobility.

Disabled parking – Blue Badge scheme

​

The Blue Badge scheme is for people with severe mobility problems. It allows blue badge holders to park close to where they need to go.

​

We do not have onsite parking, although there are some parking spaces with limited time permits just outside the practice.

​

Loop system

​

At the practice, we have a loop induction system at the reception desk to assist hearing impaired.

​

Guide Dogs

​

Guide dogs are welcome at the practice but we ask that you be aware of other patients who may have an allergy or fear of dogs.
